भारतीय संविधान अनुच्छेद 1 – संघ का नाम और राज्यक्षेत्र

संघ का नाम और राज्यक्षेत्र –
(1) भारत, अर्थात इंडिया राज्यों का संघ होगा ।
(2) राज्य और उनके राज्य क्षेत्र वे होंगे जो पहली अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट है।
(3) भारत के राज्य क्षेत्र में निम्न समाविष्ट होंगे।
(क) राज्यों के राज्यक्षेत्र
(ख) पहली अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट संघ राज्यक्षेत्र
(ग) ऐसे अन्य राज्यक्षेत्र जो अर्जित किए जाएं।

भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 1 (anuched 1) में संघ का नाम और राज्य क्षेत्रों का उल्लेख किया गया है। इस अनुच्छेद में भारत के दो नामों का उल्लेख किया गया है – भारत और इंडिया। एवं अनुच्छेद 1 में यह भी लिखा गया है कि भारत राज्यों का संघ होगा। हमारे देश का संविधान केंद्र के साथ – साथ राज्य जो भी शक्ति प्रदान करता है, लेकिन अधिक शक्ति केंद्र के पास है।

Constitution Of India Article 1 – Name and territory of the Union

Name and territory of the Union –
(1) India, that is to say, India shall be a Union of States.
(2) The States and their territories shall be such as are specified in the First Schedule.
(3) The territory of India shall consist of —
(a) Territories of the States
(b) the Union territories specified in the First Schedule
(c) such other territories as may be acquired.

The name of the Union and the territories are mentioned in Article 1 of the Constitution of India. Two names of India have been mentioned in this article – Bharat and India. And it is also written in Article 1 that India will be a union of states. The Constitution of our country provides whatever power the state gives along with the center, but more power is with the center.
